Total Payment Protection Policy (topp) is an insurance policy that your travel organiser has arranged to protect monies that you have paid them in relation to your holiday.

What it means is that in the event of the travel organiser’s failure before you travel you will be refunded your money.

If you are already away on holiday and your travel organiser cannot continue with its obligations, arrangements will be made to ensure you can either continue with your holiday or you will be refunded for any holiday you have been unable to complete.  If your holiday arrangements included return transport back to your home country, then alterative arrangements will be made to return you to your home country.

Not all holidays sold by your travel organiser may be covered under their topp policy.  Please check your invoice documentation for confirmation of cover.
