How do I apply?

We have developed an interactive online service to help make your application as straightforward as possible.

However it all starts with a phone call or email. Call or email us so that we can take down your enquiry and provide you with login details. Then you can simply register via the Client Login link above or through the home page and you can complete an application form online. If you are wishing to cover licensable turnover the application form incorporates all the information that the CAA require so there is no need to complete a separate application form for your ATOL, either for the grant of a new licence or the renewal of your existing licence.

You will need to provide us with your full business details including information on the programme being covered. The system explains what additional supporting information we may need from you and once all this information is received it will be assessed by our underwriters. We will be glad to help you at any stage with this process. Underwriters will get an overview of your business and objectives but to develop their understanding, they will invariably contact you - this is where the relationship really begins. At any point during the underwriting process you can check the progress of your application online.

How does topp work?

topp is effected for the benefit of your customers.

If your application is successful, we will issue you with a Policy, setting out the terms and conditions. You will declare your customer bookings to us monthly through our online system, for premium calculation and for claims verification. You will normally include the cost of cover in the package price and pay the premium to tgic on behalf of the customers on a monthly basis. Your customer will receive confirmation of cover on their invoice and the certificate of cover can be made available to your customers for inspection if requested by them.
