how do I apply?
We have developed an interactive online service to help make your application as straightforward as possible.
Call us for a short discussion and once suitability for the topp policy has been established, an application form can be completed online. For flight inclusive turnover, there is no need to apply separately to the CAA. Our application form contains all the information the CAA need and we will administer this on your behalf.
Once you have completed the application form and provided the supporting information this will be assessed by our underwriters. You can follow the progress of your application online.
how does topp work?
topp is in place to protect your customers.
If your application is successful, we will issue you with a policy, setting out the terms and conditions. Customer bookings are declared monthly through our online system and premiums are collected monthly by direct debit. There will be a deposit taken at the outset and for lower levels of turnover there may be an administration fee.
Your customers can be reassured that you are providing financial protection by you including the topp wording in your brochure, websites and other promotional literature.
For licensable turnover we will collect the APC on behalf of the CAA.
