who is topp suitable for?

topp is suitable for a range of different organisers .

Whilst topp is primarily aimed at small to medium sized specialist tour operators, it is also suitable for a wider range of travel organisers that fall within the scope of the ATOL Regulations and Package Travel Regulations. These include:

Travel & General franchise ATOL holders
Larger travel organisers with a small amount of non-licensable turnover
Coach companies offering a coach based holiday programme
Occasional travel organisers, including charities and members societies

However, topp is not suitable for travel organisers operating in the capacity of any agent whether for other tour operators or for individual travel suppliers, such as accommodation owners or car hire companies. Travel organisers transacting both sales as principal and agent will also be unsuitable for topp.
