  • Account executive - A tgic executive is appointed to the account to maintain regular contact with your company and to help with enquiries about policy details, staff training and claims handling. Regular contact includes discussing ways of increasing sales, reducing the number of your customers who travel uninsured or with inadequate cover and most importantly, helping to ensure that you and your staff are able to sell with confidence.
  • Staff training - It is becoming increasingly important that travel organiser reservations staff have good product knowledge and sell the correct cover to your customers. Staff need to know about the 'additional cover' that is available to supplement the standard policy benefits and also when to recommend that potential customers apply for medical screening (see below). We have our own support team that provides comprehensive training manuals and carries out 'on site' training visits.

  • Assistance cover - A serious medical problem whether caused by illness or accident can ruin a holiday. All our policies include 24 hour emergency medical assistance cover at no extra cost. Serious accidents or illnesses are fortunately a rare occurrence but when such an incident happens it is vital to have expert advice on hand, especially for your overseas staff who are often in the front line dealing with the problem.
